Keep a human in control of your AI agents. Open Agent Oversight from the side menu â the hub for everything your agents need from a person, plus the controls to supervise them.
Tasks handed to me
When an agent isn't confident enough to finish a task, it hands the task to a named person with a short context summary. The hand-off shows up here (and as a notification): open it and Accept to take over, or Decline to send it back to the agent. Available to everyone. An agent can only hand a task to someone who is allowed to access that task's project.
Agent Inbox
Everything your agents are waiting on a human for, in one place:
Needs input â actions an agent wants approved before it runs them. Managers can Accept, Edit (adjust the proposed task, then accept), Respond (answer a question), or Ignore.
Errors â runtime errors an agent reported, so you can step in.
Whether an action needs approval is set by your company policy. By default only archiving requires approval; an administrator can require approval for more actions (for example, closing tasks).
Fleet Console
Managers and admins get a live roster of every drone â its status (Working / Idle / Needs input / Error / Paused / Offline), current task, and a badge for anything awaiting a decision. Search and filter by status, tap a drone to open its cockpit (live state, position, recent activity), or use Talk to drone to open a chat with it.
Send a command
From a drone's row you can send a structured directive â Stop, Reprioritize a task, or Redirect it to another task. The agent picks the command up and confirms it. A directive only instructs the agent; any action it then takes still passes the approval policy above.
Pause & resume
If something looks wrong, pause an agent's autonomous activity instantly:
Pause one agent â from its row or its cockpit.
Pause all agents â the company-wide emergency stop (managers/admins). It takes precedence over a per-agent resume.
While paused, an agent's actions that change shared data (creating or closing tasks, comments, messages, files, imports, and more) are refused; it can still read, and you can still review and resolve its pending requests. Resuming restores the agent (or leaves it on "Needs input" if it still has approvals waiting). Paused drones show a greyed ring on the map.
Activity timeline
Every agent action is recorded â status changes, tool calls, comments, locations visited, approvals, and hand-offs. Open the timeline from a drone's cockpit, or from a task, to replay and audit exactly what an agent did.
