Consent to Personal Data Processing

This Consent is given on registration in the Digital Specialist Service by ticking the consent box. It is separate from the Privacy Policy.

I consent to the processing of the following personal data:

• first name, last name, job position;
• email address, phone number;
• profile photo;
• location data, including background collection and movement history;
• geo-zone visit logs;
• content of messages, comments, voice messages and files;
• usage data and device identifiers.

Purposes

Providing and maintaining the Service, account management, performance of the agreement, communicating with me, location and site-visit logging, analytics and service improvement, and security.

Recipients and international transfers

I consent to my personal data being shared with service providers needed to operate the Service: Yandex, Google LLC (US), LiveKit, Groq (US), Microsoft (US), including transfer to these countries.

Duration and withdrawal

This consent is valid from the moment it is given until the purposes are met or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw this consent at any time by contacting vvkozlov.work@gmail.com or via my account settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

The fact, date and version of the consent given are recorded by the Controller.
